Programme

Matýsek trail is located in the village of Zbytiny. It starts from the church to the defunct settlement of Mošna. The fairy-tale route is about 1.3 kilometers long, during a beautiful walk you will learn interesting things and something about the history of the local region. A total of 9 stops await you on the way, during your journey you will come across elves, giants, witches, fairies, watermen and other inhabitants of the Šumava forestsů

At the end of the trail, you can look forward to the famous Šumava fairy Gabreta and the wizard Černobog. The trail ends at the farm, where you will find a commemorative tree and possibly animals from the local farm. In addition to the fairytale journey, you can look forward to the beautiful Šumava nature and views of Boubín
